David Brice
CEO & Chairman of the Board
Founder of the Company, Mr. Brice has over 30 years experience in the areas of radio and television media in Australia and real estate development in the U.S. and Australia. Mr. Brice’s media experience started in Australia, in radio, and progressed to television in Canberra, the national capitol. He moved to Sydney as a newsreader and host for the Channel 9 network. He progressed through the network working as a Producer/Director on television specials and documentaries. His next move was as a film producer in Australia, then the U.S. after an invitation by Columbia Pictures. His move into real estate culminated in a well publicized sale of the site next to the historic Opera House in Sydney. His work on the MediaCart® system concept has been in the making for over 7 years, drawing on his experience in the media and product promotion arenas. He has lived in Australia, England, Hong Kong, and now resides in California.
Rudy Prince
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Prince has more than 25 years of experience in embedded electronics, wireless systems and internet services, including 12 years as CEO and Chairman of JetFax, which was renamed eFax.com in 1999. He led the company's embedded controller and software development for multifunction fax/printer/scanners and the company’s transition to become the worldwide leader in Internet fax services and unified messaging. Prince led the company’s Nasdaq IPO in 1997 and eFax was acquired by J2 Global Communications (NASDAQ: JCOM) in 2000. Since that time, Rudy has led companies in mobile phone software and services and wireless networking. Prior to eFax, Prince served in the Data Processing Division of IBM, he spent five years in the seismic exploration industry, selling and supporting DEC VAX minicomputer systems, and he served as VP Sales and Marketing for Entropic Speech, an advanced voice technology company that was subsequently acquired by Microsoft.
Thomas Reiter
Chief Financial Officer and Member, Board of Directors
Mr. Reiter has a diverse national and international background including: executive management; capital market transactions; sourcing investments; real estate development; financial forecasting, modeling and structuring; and strategic planning. His professional experience has focused on capital market transactions inclusive of U.S. and International SEC filings, bond offerings and real estate development. He is also the Chief Investment Officer for Kahn Capital, Inc. - a principal shareholder of MediaCart®. Prior to his tenure as Chief Investment Officer, he was a Manager in KPMG’s Structured Finance Group, and also served in KPMG’s International Consulting Group, based in Munich, Germany where he performed various roles in international equity offerings and mergers. He began his career performing various roles in equity offerings and financial audits for KPMG and Ernst & Young in the U.S.
Ed Gross
Vice President - Systems Integration
Mr. Gross has a BSEE degree from Carnegie Mellon University and over 25 years of experience in software and systems design for telecom and computer systems. Working for companies such as Lucent Technologies, Convex Supercomputers and two startups, Mr. Gross managed a variety of development and application engineering groups. At Lucent Technology, he ran the Networking Center of Excellence for the Messaging Business Unit, which included development, integration, and a 24x7 Network Operation Center for several global telecom networks. His technical experience includes some of the seminal codec development work for HDTV in Europe and Asia.
Mahmood Sheikh
Vice President - Operations
Mr. Sheikh holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems from the University of Texas at Arlington and Bachelors of Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology. He is a certified Project Management Professional with over 20 years of experience in the fields of engineering, manufacturing, new product introductions, supply chain management, quality assurance, logistics and product life cycle management. He has worked for Siecor, DSC Communications, Alcatel and Sanmina-SCI. During his career at Sanmina-SCI, he assisted several startups and well established companies develop and deploy global supply chain strategies.

Dato’ Dr. Jannie Tay DSAP MSC – Southeast Asia Financial & Retail Industry - One of the top 50 women entrepreneurs in the world, Dr. Tay is Chairman of the Retail Academy of Singapore PTE LTD, President of the Singapore Retailers Association, and Vice Chairman of The Hourglass. Dr. Tay has facilitated introducing the Company’s executives to senior executives at the top retailers in the region, identified potential manufacturing contacts in China at the government level, and provided Free Trade Agreement (“FTA”) advice for possible export under the current free trade agreements in the region.Dr. Brian Harris – Retail & Category Management - Dr. Harris was the Chairman of The Partnering Group and recognized as the pioneer of Category Management. Dr. Harris is an internationally recognized authority and thought leader in the field of retail management. He has co-authored the U.S., European, and Brazilian ECR Category Management Best Practices Reports, which have been adopted as the industry standard. He is co-founder and CEO of ABA Groups which developed the Apollo space management system that became one of the most widely used systems of its type in the world. Dr. Harris was a professor of Marketing in the Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Southern California (“USC”) and a Director of USC’s Food Industry Management Program.
Jim Haworth – Retail Industry - Mr James Harold Haworth, age 46, has been appointed as an Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer and President of Chia Tai Enterprises International Limited since September, 2006. Mr. Haworth obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Central Missouri State University, USA. He was presented the 2001 World Class Leadership Award and was selected by the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal as one of the top leaders under age 40, the "40 Under 40," in 2000. Mr. Haworth has extensive experience in retail business management. He was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, from 2001 to 2004.
Geoff Brown – Retail & Advertising - Mr. Brown has extensive experience in the global media and advertising industries. He began his career in marketing and sales with Mars Inc., moving into advertising with Leo Burnett. In 1980 Mr. Brown created his own advertising agency which he later sold to DDB (part of Omnicon) in 1989. In 1990, he became Chief Executive Officer of DDB Asia, based in Hong Kong, with responsibility for the company's business in the Asia Region. In 1998 he relocated to London and engineered the reverse takeover by privately owned Media One onto the London Stock Exchange. Mr. Brown has held a number of Non Executive Directorships, including British American Tobacco Asia Pacific. Ten years ago Mr. Brown, an Australian, along with David Brice created the concept that has become MediaCart. Mr. Brown is based in London and has responsibility for the MediaCart operations in Europe and Australia.
